About the role As a Senior Project Manager (SPM) you will independently contribute to tasks across 5‑8 projects at various stages. The role requires coordinating leadership skills to encourage maximum contributions of all participants and focus these to maximise outcomes for all stakeholders. You are responsible for the effective management of all phases of a project from initial establishment to handover and project closure, and for the total responsibility of any persons you manage. About you You mentor and coach less experienced colleagues in all aspects of project management, confidently manage project delivery from inception to closure, assist in the commercial assessment of new projects, and prepare project proposals and presentations. You possess proven negotiation skills with internal and external groups, an emotional maturity to effectively manage diverse personalities, and an understanding of the legal environment for each project in respect of planning, commercial aspects and delivery constraints, complying with AS 4801, AS 14001 and Environmental Health and Safety legislation. Requirements Lead and manage highly complex and technical data centre projects Technical understanding of data centre infrastructure – Electrical, mechanical, generators, fire, security, BMS Engineering background preferred Minimum of 7 years experience Ability to thrive in high pressure, fast paced environment Client driven What to expect from us JLL is committed to equal opportunity and building an inclusive workplace.
