We are now seeking an experienced Test Manager to join one of our key enterprise clients in Sydney. This role requires strong leadership across end-to-end testing with deep experience in SAP Finance and P&C (HR) modules. POS experience is a bonus, but SAP expertise is the priority. What you’ll be doing Leading end-to-end test delivery across complex SAP programs Owning test planning, strategy, execution oversight, and reporting Managing System Testing, SIT, UAT, and regression phases Coordinating with business teams, technical teams, and multiple vendors Driving defect triage, risk management, and release readiness Ensuring test governance, traceability, and program-level visibility Supporting a hybrid working model with on-site collaboration in Sydney What we’re looking for Strong Test Manager with proven enterprise delivery experience Mandatory: SAP Finance and P&C (HR) module testing leadership Excellent communication and stakeholder management Ability to structure testing phases, manage risks, and oversee execution Highly organised, proactive, delivery-focused Bonus: POS testing experience (not essential) Location Sydney (Hybrid) Start Date ASAP Seniority Level Mid‑Senior level Employment Type Contract Job Function Consulting Industries IT Services and IT Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr
