You’ll coordinate test cycles, manage defects, and work closely with business stakeholders and project teams to ensure testing outcomes align to delivery timelines and quality standards. Your Role And Responsibilities Develop and oversee testing strategies, governance frameworks, and structured methodologies across multiple projects Drive test planning, execution, and reporting for both functional and technical initiatives Lead SAP Testing Strategy and identify opportunities to enhance efficiency within delivery teams Manage SAP upgrade testing cycles, ensuring quality regression coverage Oversee SAP and ERP-related testing, including finance Collaborate with stakeholders to define priorities and align testing with business objectives Provide hands‑on test management support, from test design through to execution Ensure risk mitigation by embedding quality checkpoints throughout delivery cycles Support the adoption of new integration technologies What We’re Looking For Proven experience leading UAT and SIT phases in SAP S/4HANA transformation programs Strong functional exposure to all SAP modules including FICO, MM, SD 5+ years in test management or lead roles across complex enterprise environments Hands‑on experience with varied testing tools such as ALM, JIRA, or similar Skilled in creating test strategies, plans, and detailed defect documentation Strong communication skills to liaise confidently with technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders Ability to deliver in fast‑paced, high‑visibility environments with tight deadlines What We Offer Tools, training, and freedom to grow – We equip you with the resources and flexibility to succeed on your terms.
