Plant Maintenance, Yard Manager, Truck Driver, Occasional Machine Operator We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced worker to join our team at Basement Construction Services Co. in the Bayside & South Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne, VIC. This is a full‑time position, and you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including piling, shotcrete, concrete, and steelfixing. What you’ll be doing Assisting with the installation of concrete piled foundation and retaining wall systems Carrying out site preparation works, steel fixing works and formwork Drilling holes and chemsetting reinforcing bars Installing waterproofing systems Concrete works including shotcrete Maintaining a clean and safe work environment Collaborating with the broader construction team to ensure the successful completion of projects What we’re looking for Proven experience as a labourer in the construction industry, with a focus on multi-skilled tasks Strong physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour tasks Good problem‑solving and communication skills A commitment to safety and a willingness to follow all site procedures and regulations HR licence, plant operating tickets together with experience are desirable The ability to work effectively as part of a team What we offer At Basement Construction Services Co., we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment for our employees.
