3d ago , from Decmil Group Limited (Decmil) High-profile construction projects across renewables, bulk earthworks or NPI scopes of work Attractive remuneration with direct full-time engagement and a long pipeline of work FIFO 2:1 roster departing from Perth As an HSE Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring health and safety project compliance and provide support and guidance to site project teams in championing health and safety for both project and client requirements. About the Role Facilitate and participate in the WHS consultation, cooperation, and coordination arrangements of the Project. Facilitate and contribute to the HSE risk management process and systems. Develop, maintain, and deliver CRAWS, SMWS, JHA, and Risk Assessments Assist, lead, and facilitate Incident Investigations Coach and mentor operational and project teams to ensure HSE accountabilities. Key Requirements Cert IV or Diploma in Work Health & Safety. Minimum 5 years of experience as an HSE Advisor in Civils, Construction, Mining, or Engineering in Australia. ICAM Certified or equivalent. Excellent knowledge of the relevant HSE legislation. Valid Australian Driver's License & Construction White Card.
