About the Team & Office Join our Broadcast Applications team, a high‑performing group dedicated to supporting the backbone of our broadcast operations. We are on the lookout for a Broadcast Apps Support Analyst to join the team in a permanent capacity. A Day in the Life As a Broadcast Apps Support Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our core broadcast audio applications, including platforms like Zetta, GSelector, LiSTNR Table, Pathfinder, FlexMAM, and the entire AXIA suite of audio infrastructure. These systems are essential to our revenue streams and audio delivery, and your work will directly impact the success of our broadcast operations. You’ll manage incidents, analyse complex data sets, and collaborate across departments to maintain seamless operations. Your expertise in broadcast technologies and enterprise applications will help keep our audio platforms running smoothly in a fast‑paced, ever‑evolving environment. What You’ll Need 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise or broadcast‑specific applications. Strong knowledge of broadcast technologies and associated software (e.g., Zetta, GSelector). Proven experience in incident management and on‑call roster coordination. Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical stakeholders.
