Main Duties and Responsibilities Provide person‑centred care to help customers achieve their goals and aspirations Contribute information for the development of customer support plans Provide support to customers with personal care, living skills, transport, social activities, medication and other support as required Keep customer records up to date on a daily basis Develop and maintain professional relationships and networks with customers, families, caregivers and key stakeholders Seek out innovative ways to enhance the customer journey with support and guidance from our growing team Requirements Completed Certificate III or IV in disability, individual support, aged care, or nursing Applicants with a valid licence and own vehicle (licence and comprehensive insurance) will be prioritised NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to apply) At least 6 months experience in disability, aged care or nursing sector Proof of vaccination (COVID‑19) Working with Children Check (or willingness to apply) Personal Attributes Proactive, takes initiative and eager to learn Can work in a fast‑paced environment Strong communication, problem‑solving and conflict resolution skills Excellent time‑management skills, including multitasking and organisation Works under pressure and time constraints with flexibility Excellent attention to detail Organised and customer‑service focused Application Instructions Please apply through the Jora website and provide two dates with timeslots for your availability for an interview.
