Job posting end date: 12/29/2025 Introduction We are looking for a dedicated Production Officer – Hose Builder to join our team. This role involves building hoses, precision work, adherence to safety standards, and collaboration to ensure high-quality production outcomes. Key Responsibilities Participate in special projects as required. Support the smooth running of operations and work effectively with colleagues. Follow all lawful and reasonable instructions, company policies, and safety procedures. Maintain and care for equipment, ensuring proper use and compliance with training and safety standards. Keep technical knowledge and qualifications up to date. Proven experience in hose building and material preparation. Skilled in operating mechanical pulling aids, hand and power tools. Experience handling hazardous chemicals and vapours. Strong understanding of rubber types and their technical limitations. Ability to read technical drawings and calculate material requirements. Safe and confident knife skills. Ability to interpret safety rules, manuals, and instructions. High attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to work additional hours when required. Ability to pass random medical and drug/alcohol tests. Desirable Qualifications Certificate III in Polymer Processing (Rubber Lining) Experience in sandblasting and painting.
