YWCA Australia is currently seeking an experienced leader to actively contribute to the delivery of CASY House – our Youth Crisis Accommodation Service. About this opportunity In this role, you will lead CASY House by supporting young people and empowering the team within a youth crisis accommodation setting. In this role you will: Lead CASY House operations, embedding trauma-informed, person-centred principles. Oversee client services, including intake, crisis intervention, and case management. Provide leadership and reflective supervision to the team, fostering a positive culture. Manage rosters, workflows, and performance to ensure responsive service delivery. Build strategic partnerships to strengthen referral pathways and enhance outcomes. About You Your experience may include: Tertiary qualifications in Social Sciences, Social Work, or a related field (postgraduate highly desirable). Proven leadership experience in youth services or crisis accommodation, ideally within a 24-hour service. Strong knowledge of sectors such as youth, housing/homelessness, domestic and family violence, AOD, or sexual violence. Ability to build collaborative relationships and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. Don’t meet every single requirement?
