Absolutely no previous experience in our industry required. We have a three-shift operation but it is essential that **you’re available to do afternoon shift**: **Day Shift:** 6am – 2:30pm **Afternoon Shift:** 2:30pm – 11pm (15% Salary loading) **Night Shift:** 10pm – 6:30am (30% Salary loading)**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills / Experience):*** Australian recognized Trade qualification is essential* Completion of a trade Apprenticeship backed with relevant experience working in your trade* Literacy and numeracy skills to follow and interpret work instructions and engineering drawings* Hand skills with a high level of attention to detail under repetitive conditions* Ability to work independently or part of a diverse team towards a common goal and to agreed deadlines* Excellent written and verbal communication skills* Enjoy working with hands and physical work* Basic computer skills* Commitment to OHS procedures* Reliable and willingness to work afternoon shift is essential* Full, unrestricted working rights for Australia.**Additional Information:** This is an Enterprise Agreement position classified as a Base Tradesperson. Starting base salary: $95,817 + 12% Super and will increase to $98,697 + 12% Super upon successful completion of training. Candidates will be required to complete background checks and successfully complete a 3-month probationary period.
