About the role Support the WCHN Media and Communications team by delivering corporate communications, branding, events and digital updates. Provide admin support, coordinate newsletters and collateral, and act as a key contact for enquiries across the Network. Key duties of the role Support comms strategies, coordinate weekly newsletters and assist with web/intranet updates Coordinate events, including set up, pack down and logistics across WCHN Act as first point of contact for email/phone enquiries and manage team inboxes Develop and organise promotional materials, signage, banners and document formatting Maintain admin systems, filing, scheduling, purchasing, quotes and general team support Skills and Experience Strong written and verbal communication with proven ability to liaise across all levels Experience supporting comms tasks, events, newsletters or digital updates High attention to detail with ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines Competent in Microsoft Office, Canva, Campaign Monitor and basic design/formatting Ability to work under minimal supervision, take direction and maintain professional conduct Enquiries can be directed to Kara Adams – Senior Media & Communications Adviser, or ***********@sa.gov.au The South Australian public sector promotes diversity and flexible ways of working part-time.
