The role is part of a multidisciplinary team delivering rehab and return to work services for injured and ill workers, their employers and insurers. We work from our home offices, client's workplaces and our various clinic locations throughout Brisbane and surrounds. The flexible nature of our work allows for flexible employment terms to suit your preference ie. full time, full time on 9-day fortnight, part time or contractor. Join Back on Track and help us celebrate our 20th Birthday in 2026 Qualifications & experience AHPRA (physio, OT, psychologist), ASORC (rehab counsellor) or ESSA (ex phys) registered Preferred 3+ years experience in occupational rehabilitation. Essential 12+ months experience. Drivers' license and own car Essential - strong interpersonal and written communication skills Tasks & responsibilities Initial needs assessment Case management and support of injured and ill workers in their recovery and return to work Provide opinion and formal written reports on treatment, progress and work capacity Liaise with doctors, treatment providers, employers and insurers Transferable skills assessment, employability assessment, labour market analysis, vocational counselling, job seeking skills development (rehab counsellors only) Injury prevention initiatives eg.
