In this role, you’ll deliver high‑quality occupational rehabilitation services to our employer and insurer partners, helping individuals return to work and rebuild their confidence. Key Responsibilities: Manage cases and collaborate with stakeholders Conduct face‑to‑face & remote assessments Run wellness programs & pre‑employment assessments Attend case conferences & client meetings Deliver single services, assessments, and mental health programs Work collaboratively on joint cases with a multidisciplinary team Get involved in larger projects like injury prevention and job dictionary development. About You You’re a Rehabilitation Consultant who thrives on making a difference. You’re a natural communicator, great at building relationships, and driven to help people get back on track.
