Senior Recruitment Consultant at The Andersen Partnership | Allied Health Physiotherapist , Exercise Physiologist, Occupational Therapist, Rehab Counsellor or Psychologist Sydney | Senior or Rehabilitation Consultant Level | Hybrid (2 days office / 3 days WFH) I’m working with a medium-sized and rapidly growing rehabilitation provider that is seeking a Korean-speaking Rehabilitation Consultant to support an expanding client base within this area of the business. This organisation is not a typical rehab provider. Why This Role Stands Out AI systems that significantly reduce reporting time Above-market salary and performance bonuses Manageable daily target of 6 billable hours Career growth opportunities as the organisation expands into new service areas Leadership that prioritises employee wellness and a sustainable workload Hybrid working: 2 days per week in the Sydney office, 3 days from home What We’re Looking For Rehabilitation Consulting experience is preferred, if not, some level of clinical experience within your discipline Must speak Korean (must be fluent or confident to hold a conversation in a work setting) Must hold the appropriate professional registration: AHPRA (Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Psychology), ESSA (Exercise Physiology), ASORC (Rehabilitation Counsellors) Strong communication skills and cultural awareness Full drivers licence and access to vehicle Ability to manage a caseload with support from a collaborative team Role Overview Deliver workplace rehabilitation services to a varied caseload Provide culturally appropriate support to Korean-speaking clients Liaise with stakeholders, employers, and insurers Work within realistic targets and supported frameworks Contribute to service growth as the company expands into new areas Base pay range A$90,000.00/yr - A$110,000.00/yr Apply now or reach out for a confidential chat #J-18808-Ljbffr
