Senior Rehabilitation Consultant – Occupational Therapist / Physiotherapist / Exercise Physiologist APM Workcare recognizes the importance of early intervention and proactive injury management in the workplace. Our role is to collaborate closely with employers and employees to facilitate safe and sustainable return-to-work outcomes. Key Responsibilities Gain a detailed understanding of clients’ injury history through initial needs assessments. Conduct worksite assessments to understand what duties clients can complete to achieve short‑term and long‑term return-to-work goals. Collaborate with other health practitioners through case conferences to facilitate rehabilitation and recovery needs. Facilitate a progressive return-to-work through tailored planning. Qualifications and Requirements Professional registration with ESSA / AHPRA. Minimum 12 months experience working in a similar role within occupational rehabilitation. Strong client focus and the ability to build relationships with diverse individuals. Current or ability to obtain a Working with Children Check.
