Responsibilities Assist clients in employment or education under various schemes such as workers compensation, compulsory third party, life insurance, Comcare, Department of Veteran's Affairs, and employer‑funded injury prevention programmes. Conduct Vocational Assessments, ETE Assessment, Earning Capacity Assessments, Employability Assessments, Transferrable Skills Assessments, and Labour Market Research. Manage case load with support from Rehabilitation Assistants to alleviate administrative tasks. Apply clinical knowledge to improve return‑to‑work outcomes. Work with employers and employees to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programmes. Collaborate with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals. Qualifications and Experience Previous experience working in Occupational Rehabilitation industry is preferred. Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Health Sciences or Rehabilitation Counselling. General or provisional registration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Psychologist or eligibility for Associate or Full membership with Australian Society of Rehabilitation Counsellors (ASORC). Excellent communication skills. Compassion, kindness and empathy. Well‑developed time‑management skills. Current NSW driver’s licence and access to own car with comprehensive insurance.
