Job Description We are seeking individuals with a professional background in Occupational Therapy interested in working in the Occupational Rehabilitation sector, Sydney CBD and Northern Beaches area. In this diverse role, you will enjoy flexibility and autonomy to manage your own day, supported by a strong, close team of driven and energetic healthcare professionals and the backing and resources of a global corporate infrastructure. You will provide occupational rehabilitation services to clients with a range of conditions, both physical and psychological, supporting them to achieve return to health and return to work outcomes. Key Responsibilities Case management (caseloads are manageable, assisted by Rehabilitation Assistants). Apply clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes. Work with employers and employees to develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs. Collaborate with injured workers, employers, medical and allied health professionals. Engage across various schemes such as workers compensation, compulsory third party, life insurance, Comcare, Department of Veteran's Affairs, and employer‑funded injury prevention programs. Assist those with an injury or health condition to achieve return to health and return to work outcomes. Conduct assessments, including initial, workplace and vocational assessments, to review diagnosis, support treatment plans, address psychosocial barriers to employment, and identify suitable employment opportunities for workers who have sustained workplace injuries or injuries from motor vehicle accidents. Qualifications Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and registration with AHPRA. Previous experience working in the occupational rehabilitation industry highly regarded. Excellent communication skills to build relationships with clients and stakeholders. Compassion, kindness and empathy. Well‑developed time management skills.
