We have consistently delivered exceptional consulting services and built a strong reputation in these areas. We need a senior infrastructure engineer for one of the federal clients. Role Description Serve as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues within the Network Project. Provide expert guidance and support for Fortinet SD-WAN, FortiGate, Azure Network Virtual Appliance (NVA) deployments, FortiClient, FortiSASE, and FortiSandbox. Resolve technical challenges, answer technical queries, and ensure project momentum is maintained. Minimise downtime and support the successful deployment and ongoing operation of network infrastructure. Map data movements across network zones and cross‑domain environments. Communicate technical and strategic matters effectively with non‑technical stakeholders. Prepare detailed technical documentation. Required Proven experience in a secure ICT environment, with expertise in: FortiGate Firewalls Fortinet SD-WAN FortiClient FortiSASE FortiSandbox Highly developed written and oral communication skills. Demonstrated attention to detail, including technical documentation. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Visio for network diagramming. Ability to obtain Baseline Security Clearance. Experience mapping data movements across network zones. Experience delivering services in federal government or regulated environments.
