Reporting to the Division Director, you’ll help grow and support our **Colby** network, driving success across Australia and New Zealand. It’s a role that blends hands-on technical support with strategic business development — and you’ll lead a small, capable team while working closely with our sales, R&D, marketing, and supply chain teams.If you’re someone who stays **calm under pressure, communicates with confidence and diplomacy**, and enjoys working with independent business owners, this could be a great fit.
