Program Support Officer – Role Overview We are seeking a motivated and organized Program Support Officer to join our team. This role is crucial in providing essential administrative support to our Counselling and Support Services programs. As a Program Support Officer, you will be responsible for managing and allocating referrals, providing administrative support to clients and practitioners, overseeing administrative processes, client data, and other information, assisting with project administration, collaborating with the team to ensure smooth operations, and communicating effectively with clients and stakeholders.
