The Role Our Campaign Specialist will deliver high‑impact national marketing campaigns that support membership growth, retention and brand performance across our franchise network. This is a hands‑on, mid‑level marketing role ideal for someone who enjoys owning campaigns end‑to‑end and thrives in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment. As our Campaign Specialist for Genesis Health & Fitness, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of national marketing campaigns across the Genesis Health & Fitness network. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute national marketing campaigns across social, email, website, digital and in‑club channels Manage the national marketing calendar and campaign timelines Develop compelling campaign content for B2C audiences Brief and coordinate with digital, design, PR and video agencies Manage creative approvals and campaign rollouts Support franchisees with clear communication and campaign toolkits Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to improve future activity About You 4+ years’ experience in marketing or campaign execution Strong copywriting and communication skills Excellent organisation and stakeholder management Ability to manage multiple deadlines with accuracy and efficiency Experience with social media and email marketing platforms Demonstrates integrity, honesty and professionalism Takes ownership and accountability Collaborative, approachable and solutions‑focused Innovative and adaptable Highly organised with strong attention to detail Passion for fitness, exercise and wellbeing Work for a leading national health and fitness brand Play a vital role in shaping impactful marketing campaigns Supportive, collaborative team environment Hybrid working model Be part of a company that genuinely values wellbeing, growth and innovation Summary Genesis Health & Fitness Campaign Specialist is reporting into a Marketing Manager, this is a mid‑level execution-focused role, ideal for someone looking who likes to take ownership and excited to work across a national network through hands‑on campaign delivery and franchisee engagement. #J-18808-Ljbffr
