We are currently looking for someone who loves multi‑tasking where attention to detail is their super strength, to join the Sydney Campaigns team in the role of Campaigns Specialist. The purpose of the role is to work collaboratively with clients and internal stakeholders, to create and flawlessly implement and execute strategically sound, creative and feasible client integrated campaigns in order to deliver revenue targets, develop long term client partnerships and drive ratings. About The Role : Develop strong and collaborative working relationships with internal stakeholders, clients & suppliers to support exceptional campaign design and delivery. Leading design and delivery of integrated campaigns across the ARN broadcast and digital assets – project managing all pre and post‑sale integrated elements – including (but not limited to) write‑ups, internal approvals, cost‑ups, critical paths, post‑sale documentation and PCR elements. Lead or regularly attend brainstorms. Support Sales in external meetings with clients / agencies as required. Prepare campaign documents and lead internal kick off meetings with all internal key stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of campaign. Monitoring and optimisation of campaigns based on agreed objectives, compiling regular progress updates to clients / agencies and all internal key stakeholders. About You : A minimum of two years’ experience in a similar environment – radio, TV, audio or media promotions Proven experience in creation and delivery of cross platform integrated campaigns Bachelor’s Degree in Media, Communications or similar Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multi‑task and manage various project elements and deadlines simultaneously Big‑picture thinking and vision Solution and conflict resolution skills and driven to resolve creative and business challenges A high level of organisational skills and attention to detail What’s in it for you ARN Social Work Perks which can include – various giveaway & events, FREE and discounted tickets.
