The opportunity As a Campaign Marketing Specialist, you’ll be responsible for developing and executing strategic, multi-channel campaigns that align with our commercial objectives and help support access to technology that drives improved patient outcomes. Working closely with cross‑functional teams, you’ll deliver targeted marketing initiatives that engage healthcare professionals and contribute to meaningful, measurable impact across key markets. About you Our ideal candidate for this role aligns with our core values and is a go‑getter – highly organised, commercially savvy, and passionate about delivering smart, strategic B2B campaigns that make an impact. You’re confident navigating a diverse marketing and digital tech stack, thrive in a fast‑paced environment, and love collaborating with cross‑functional teams to bring ideas to life. Experience in MedTech or healthcare is a bonus, but your drive, creativity, and results‑focused mindset are what really set you apart. Experience required A relevant degree or equivalent professional experience 3‑5 years’ experience in email campaign management, with a strong track record in delivering complex, multi‑audience B2B campaigns Proven ability to nurture customer relationships through strategic marketing Confidence working across a diverse marketing and digital tech stack, including email platforms, CRM, and analytics tools Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines A proactive, results‑oriented mindset with a passion for digital innovation Experience in database management and customer segmentation Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and manage expectations Experience in the MedTech or healthcare sector is highly regarded Interested?
