About The Role We are looking for a Training, Client Success & Digital Presence Manager to own our client training programs, lead our support initiatives, and manage our online brand. In this varied role, your primary responsibilities will include: Software Training & Onboarding: You will become an expert in our software, designing and leading engaging training sessions for new and existing clients. Your goal will be to develop a seamless onboarding experience that empowers our clients and ensures they feel confident and competent from day one. Client Support: Acting as a key point of contact, you will provide timely and friendly assistance to clients, resolving escalated issues and ensuring their problems are solved effectively. Your ability to build positive, lasting relationships will be crucial to our clients' satisfaction and retention. Digital Presence Management: You will take the lead in collaborating with our 3rd party provider to manage and grow our online presence. This includes overseeing content for our social media channels to ensure our digital identity is consistent, engaging, and aligned with our company goals. Requirements You must live in Melbourne, Australia. What We Are Looking For A natural ability to teach and explain technical concepts in a simple, clear manner. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; you enjoy talking to people and building relationships. Strong problem‑solving skills and a patient, customer‑focused mindset.
