Applications are sought for the following position: We’re looking for a full‑time, term‑time Audio Visual Assistant to join our Pimpama campus AV team. You’ll report directly to the Audio Visual Coordinator and play a key role in delivering polished, reliable AV support across campus assemblies, chapels, presentations, and major events. Hours of work are Monday – Friday 7:30 am to 3:30 pm during school term time. It’s a hands‑on role that includes preparing media, operating AV systems, assisting with outdoor setups, and occasionally lifting/moving equipment for events and stage design changes. Duties & Responsibilities Preparing media using tools like ProPresenter, PowerPoint, and Canva Operating audio, lighting, and presentation systems Bumping in and bumping out equipment for indoor and outdoor events Assisting with auditorium setups, layout changes, and stage designs Working collaboratively with teaching, admin, chaplaincy, and wellbeing staff Qualifications Experience with presentation software Confidence with audio and lighting systems Clear written and verbal communication Motivation, service‑focus, and good teamwork Ability to safely lift and move AV equipment when required Applications close at 4:00 pm on Thursday 18 DECEMBER 2025. Your curriculum vitae should include details for: at least 2 recent professional referees (including your current employer) at least 1 referee who can attest to your suitability to work within the values and culture of an expanding Christian school (preferably from a pastor or minister).
