Role overview We are seeking an experienced AMS HCM SAP Consultant to join our Application Management Services (AMS) team. The ideal candidate will provide ongoing support, maintenance, and optimization of SAP HCM modules, ensuring seamless HR processes and compliance with business requirements. This role involves incident resolution, change requests, system enhancements, and collaboration with stakeholders to deliver high‑quality SAP HCM solutions. Responsibilities Provide functional support for SAP HCM modules (PA, OM, Time Management, Payroll, etc.) within AMS scope. Analyse and resolve incidents, service requests, and problems in line with SLAs. Implement minor enhancements and configuration changes to meet evolving business needs. Perform root cause analysis and propose preventive measures for recurring issues. Support system upgrades, patches, and testing activities. Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and changes. Maintain relations with the client. Requirements 3+ years of experience in SAP HCM consulting and AMS support. Strong knowledge of SAP HCM modules (Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, Payroll). Strong knowledge of Australian HR specifics. Experience in incident management tools (e.g., JIRA Service Desk). Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills. Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus). Self‑reliance and commitment to assigned tasks. Nice to have Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors – Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll. Knowledge of ABAP programming language.
