Field Supervisor We are seeking an experienced Field Supervisor to join our dynamic team at the Northgate office in QLD, servicing the Sunshine Coast, to oversee our construction work crews and ensure successful project delivery. In this role, you will Directly supervise field employees & subcontractors responsible for installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining telecommunications equipment. Coach and mentor team members, providing them with the necessary knowledge, tools, and resources to excel. Maintain high‑quality service delivery and ensure efficient project completion. Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. Work collaboratively with peer supervisors and project managers to identify and implement process improvements. To be successful, you will have Minimum 5 years of experience in telecommunications construction, with a strong understanding of civil and infrastructure projects. In-depth knowledge of Telstra and NBN fibre and copper networks, including Pit & Pipe infrastructure. Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, provide constructive feedback, and foster a positive work environment. A strong commitment to safety and a proven track record of adhering to OHS regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders. Preferred Qualifications Construction industry tickets (Construction Card, First Aid, CPR) Driver’s license.
