THIS IS DRIVE IN DRIVE OUT WORK ONLY, FOR TRANSPORTABLE STEEL FRAMED HOMES. flexible time off, with a maximum of 3 weeks working away on some projects but majority is 5-10 days away. all candidates must have a WA drivers licence and White card 35cents per km per person driving to site and 70cents per km to owner of vehicle to site this is for there and back so travel is included on top of Hourly rate meals and accommodation is supplied 6 MONTHS PROBATION ON ABN THEN A FULLTIME POSITION WITH BENEFITS AFTER PROBATION PERIOD WITH BE GRANTED, WITH COMPLETE JOB SECURITY. LOYALTY AND COMMITMENT IS A MUST this job has multiple positions available which include 2x carpenters and 2x painter / plasterer if you DO NOT have the qualifications listed below please DO NOT apply Carpenters Steel patio installers / roofplumbing experience is a MUST but has all round experience in general carpentry from decking to hanging doors ect to internal fix outs own tools is a must, own car with full setup ready to go including ladders / planks ect is a must for 1 of the positions, the other carpenter position will not need a car but own tools. better rates given to own car / setup than the other position Painter / Plasterers I'm looking mainly for a painter that also has the skills to be able to fix damaged / cracked gyprock due to travelling cracks to a BCA standard and paint the damaged areas back to a BCA standard or vice-versa with plasterer if you can only do 1 but not the other please DO NOT apply for this role. own tools is a must and car with setup for 1x position is available and 1 x position with own tools and without the need for transport is available also. better rates given to own car / setup than the other position. if you have complexed transportable homes before you will have a higher chance of getting the job. Terms A minimum of 2 weeks notice is needed if this rule is broken, then your previous fortnightly invoice payment with be processed 2-3months later, unless a proper reason is adequate / proof given than this rule will not apply.
