Due to continued expansion, we are seeking both: Experienced Mechanical Plumbers Apprentice Mechanical Plumbers (minimum 1 year experience) to join our team and grow with us. Mechanical Plumber – Responsibilities Install and commission HVAC/mechanical systems: ducted, split, VRV/VRF, ventilation Interpret plans and manage day-to-day site operations Lead or support team members on-site Liaise with project managers, builders, and other trades Maintain high standards of safety and workmanship Apprentice – Responsibilities Assist with mechanical plumbing and HVAC installations Work under experienced tradesmen and learn on-site Maintain clean and safe work areas Follow instructions and site safety requirements What We’re Looking For Mechanical Plumber 5+ years mechanical plumbing or HVAC installation experience Experience leading or supervising on‑site preferred White Card, driver’s licence, own basic tools EWP licence a bonus Apprentice (1+ Year Experience) Minimum 1 year as a plumbing/HVAC apprentice White Card, reliable transport Motivated, punctual, and eager to learn Benefits Competitive pay + super + overtime + travel & tool allowances Year‑end bonus potential Company vehicle provided after successful probation (qualified plumbers) Long‑term, stable full‑time roles with career progression Supportive, down‑to‑earth team culture Apprentice Benefits: Signed formal apprenticeship arrangement Full support to attend TAFE/trade school Ongoing mentoring from senior tradesmen Opportunity to grow into a fully qualified mechanical plumber This is a non‑EBA position.
