Due to the promotion of a senior foreman to a project manager role, we are seeking a backfill for the senior foreman position. We are based in the South-East, with projects in the greater Melbourne area. What you'll be doing Plan and coordinate daily activities, sequencing work to align with project schedules and milestones. Mentor and develop the plumbing team; monitor performance, lead toolbox talks, and support training efforts. Uphold and enforce safety regulations and protocols on the job site to ensure a safe working environment for all plumbers. Monitor and report on project progress. Ensure installation is completed to the highest quality and meets project specifications and applicable codes. Liaise with clients and subcontractors to identify and resolve issues efficiently and effectively. What we're looking for Proven experience as a Foreman level Mechanical Plumber Strong knowledge of Central Plant and installations of Boilers, Pipe & Duct work, Refrigeration pipework and Split and Ducted Air-Conditioning. Demonstrated leadership and people-management skills; capable of mentoring apprentices and coordinating Brenair work team and sub-contractors. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities Capable of prioritizing tasks under tight deadlines.
