Enterprise Sales Manager – Brisbane, Australia We are looking for an Enterprise Sales Manager to join a global leader in flexible workspace solutions in Brisbane. This role is essential for generating new revenue from large organizations through proactive sales activity, strategic relationship-building, and end-to-end sales management across both national and international markets. About the Company Our client is the world’s largest provider of flexible workspace solutions, with over 3,500 locations globally. They give more than 8 million professionals access to hybrid-ready office environments that help businesses of all sizes increase productivity through flexible, inspiring, and collaborative workspaces. Responsibilities Generate new revenue by identifying, engaging, and converting corporate clients (200+ office employees) Take full ownership of the entire sales cycle – from prospecting to closing – across multiple geographic markets Build relationships at C-level and develop account strategies to grow existing business Collaborate with brokers and commercial real estate advisors to expand market reach Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions Deliver accurate forecasts and maintain a strong and active sales pipeline Qualifications Proven experience in B2B solution selling with a focus on acquiring new enterprise clients Ability to independently identify and develop long-term sales opportunities Comfortable engaging senior executives and skilled at influencing key decision-makers Strong commercial acumen and a track record of exceeding revenue targets Experience in commercial real estate or flexible office solutions is an advantage Comfortable navigating global matrix organizations and cross-functional teams Native-level proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus) What You Are Offered Base salary + uncapped commission (realistic total earnings 25–50% above base) Flexible work model – remote or hybrid options available International, fast-growing company culture with strong opportunities for internal mobility A role with high impact, visibility, and excellent career growth potential Join a market leader shaping the future of work – where innovation, ownership, and global ambition are valued and rewarded.
