You’ll partner with the Head of Engineering, CIO and Design System Lead and collaborate with senior product leaders, and guide a distributed team of talented engineers. What impact will I make? Own the technical direction for a greenfield React / Next.js platform that underpins a high‑growth online business. Set engineering standards across multiple squads, influencing how modern frontend systems are delivered at scale. Partner with senior stakeholders, including C‑level leaders, ensuring technical decisions drive both performance and business results.
