This is an excellent opportunity to join an established and growing dental practice. As the Practice Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth day-to-day operations of the practice, ensuring exceptional patient care and business growth. Practice/Office Manager Kippa-Ring QLD What you’ll be doing Manage front office operations, including scheduling, patient coordination, and record-keeping Oversee financial management, including billing, invoicing, and budgeting Coordinate and supervise the dental team, including hiring, training, and performance management Implement and maintain practice policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new patients and retain existing ones Liaise with dentists and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient experiences Monitor and analyse practice performance metrics to identify areas for improvement What they’re looking for Minimum 3 years of experience in a dental practice management or a similar healthcare management role Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritise and manage competing priorities Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with the dental team and patients Proficiency in dental practice management software and tools Thorough understanding of dental industry regulations, policies, and best practices Proven track record in implementing successful marketing and patient retention strategies Passion for the dental industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care What they offer Our client is committed to providing their employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
