As an Assistant Restaurant Manager , you will be responsible for both operational performance and people leadership whilst on shift. You’ll bring a hands‑on approach with a guest‑centric focus while supporting the Restaurant Manager to achieve the daily operational plan. Your previous leadership experience will be integral as you lead the front‑of‑house team, support their development and create memorable experiences for every guest. In Room Dining operates 24/7 and this role requires roster flexibility across seven days. This is a permanent full‑time opportunity reporting to the Restaurant Manager. Some of the skills you will bring Previous leadership or supervisory experience within a customer‑centric role Experience within a hospitality environment Ability to engage with stakeholders and bring people on a journey Experience within a fast‑paced environment Sound written and verbal communication skills Currently hold or be able to obtain a valid NSW RSA Certificate Some of the activities you will be performing Support the Restaurant Manager to execute the operational plan Collaborate with relevant stakeholder groups to deliver outcomes Lead a team of Supervisors and Food & Beverage Attendants Provide exceptional customer service in line with Crown’s premium offering Support two‑way communication with a focus on continuous improvement What’s in it for you Opportunities to develop and grow your career in food & beverage Complimentary meals whilst on shift at a dedicated team restaurant and café Discounts across Crown venues Additional Information Additional Information: This is a permanent full time role consisting of 40 hours of work per week.
