Job Description You will contribute to the department’s academic excellence through high‑quality research, innovative teaching, and meaningful engagement. Your responsibilities will include: Conducting original and high‑quality research within key departmental focus areas, securing external research funding, publishing in leading academic journals, and supervising Masters and PhD students. Designing and delivering engaging and effective teaching across undergraduate and postgraduate levels, developing innovative curricula and e‑learning materials, and supporting strong academic outcomes for students. Contributing to the collegial, intellectual, and professional life of the department and university through committee participation, leadership in academic events, and active engagement with industry and community partners. Qualifications & Eligibility Level B (Lecturer) Completing or near completion of a PhD in Marketing. Emerging high‑quality research, evidenced by submissions to leading journals or working papers. Ability to teach undergraduate and Masters subjects in priority areas. Participation in academic conferences, seminars, and workshops. Commitment to excellent teaching and fostering a collegial environment. Strong research with an ongoing program, including publications in reputable journals and capability to publish in top journals. Experience teaching a broad range of undergraduate and Masters subjects in priority areas. Promotion of excellence in teaching and student achievement through collegial collaboration. Level D (Associate Professor) Completed PhD in Marketing. Internationally recognised research record with publications in top‑ranked journals and presentations at international conferences. Significant contributions to research, teaching, and departmental objectives. Mentor and supervise graduate students. Secure research funding from competitive grants or other sources. Provide leadership in teaching, curriculum development, and academic engagement. Collaborate effectively and contribute to the strategic goals of the Department.
