About The Role We’re looking for a Part-Time Assistant Educator who thrives in inclusive, collaborative environments. As an OSHC Assistant Educator, you’ll create fun, interactive learning experiences for primary school‑aged children while ensuring a safe, welcoming space for everyone. What You’ll Bring A genuine passion for working with children and families. Energy, enthusiasm, and a desire to be part of a dynamic team. Knowledge of the National Education and Care Law, National Quality Framework, and My Time Our Place Framework (or a willingness to learn). The ability to foster diverse, inclusive learning environments. Dedication to best practices for health, safety, and wellbeing. A strong commitment to maintaining a child‑safe culture. Experience working with or volunteering in child‑focused environments. Knowledge of educational frameworks (highly regarded but not essential).
