About the Role This role is all about using your sector knowledge to influence service design and commissioning decisions. You’ll be part of a collaborative team that values innovation and impact. Working closely with providers, communities, and colleagues, you will ensure programs are responsive, sustainable, and aligned with our strategic priorities. Key responsibilities include: Designing and supporting commissioned activities that meet community needs. Contributing to procurement planning, executive briefings, and performance reporting. Monitoring service performance and managing risks. Building strong relationships with stakeholders and influencing outcomes. Using data and insights to drive continuous improvement. About You Tertiary qualifications in health, community services, or social work. Strong understanding of mental health and AOD service delivery in regional settings. Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills. Ability to interpret data and identify opportunities for improvement. A connection to the Murray PHN catchment and alignment with our values.
