As Coordinator Mental Health and AOD you’ll help shape evidence‑based programs that respond to local needs and make a lasting difference. Key Responsibilities Designing and supporting commissioned activities that meet community needs. Contributing to procurement planning, executive briefings, and performance reporting. Monitoring service performance and managing risks. Building strong relationships with stakeholders and influencing outcomes. Using data and insights to drive continuous improvement. About You Tertiary qualifications in health, community services, or social work. Strong understanding of mental health and AOD service delivery in regional settings. Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills. Ability to interpret data and identify opportunities for improvement. A connection to the Murray PHN catchment and alignment with our values.
