Steeline FNW, a leading provider of quality fencing, roofing and steel products, is seeking an experienced and organised Despatch Officer to join our team in Toowoomba, Queensland. As a full-time Despatch Officer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of our products to our valued customers. What you'll be doing Coordinating the despatch of orders, including preparing documentation, and logistics Maintaining accurate inventory records and monitoring stock levels to ensure timely replenishment Troubleshooting and resolving any delivery-related issues that may arise Providing exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and addressing concerns Assisting with other administrative tasks as required to support the overall operations of the business What we're looking for Proven experience in a despatch or logistics role, preferably within the manufacturing or distribution industry Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to liaise with both internal and external stakeholders Proficient in using business software, such as inventory management systems and Microsoft Office suite, NetSuite program an advantage A team player with a proactive and adaptable approach to problem-solving What we offer At Steeline FNW, we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
