HR Business Partner Randstad HR Partners Are you a highly adaptable and experienced HR Generalist looking for a challenging, full‑time, 12‑month assignment? We are seeking a versatile HRBP to provide essential support across all facets of human resources for our client's organisation of 150 employees. Responsibilities Employee Relations (ER): Manage and resolve a diverse range of ER issues, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution. Performance Management: Support managers in coaching, feedback, and managing performance improvement plans. HR Projects: Drive and assist with various HR initiatives and process improvements (e.g., policy review, training needs analysis). Operational Support: Provide daily guidance on HR policies, compliance, and employment law to ensure consistency and best practice. Change Management: Support the business through any operational changes during the assignment period. Qualifications Generalist Expertise: Demonstrable experience covering the full spectrum of HR functions (ER, performance, projects, policy). Autonomy: Proven ability to manage a demanding workload and operate effectively with minimal supervision. Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Resilience: Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced and occasionally challenging environment.
