About the Role We are looking for a proactive and detail oriented Ecommerce Marketplace Specialist to join Samsung, on a 12 Month Contract. The Ecommerce Marketplace Specialist will be working specifically on developing new opportunities, managing workflows relating to and troubleshooting issues that arise from marketplace and dropship business. This involves working closely with our Accounts Receivable, Finance and Logistics teams as one of our primary stakeholders as well as being the main point of contact for the numerous accounts. Duties and Responsibilities Manage end-to-end operations of 3PD Sales Channel (EBay, Woolworths MarketPlus and future New Business channels) which includes pre and post sales, making sure the varied and channel specific SLAs are met. Manage Middleware relationship to ensure data integrity for an accurate product listing, price (RRP and promotional RRP) and SOH. Maintain a high quality of digital merchandising in particular listing quality including Product Title, Product Description and specifications on marketplaces (eBay, WMP and future New Business channels) Build and maintain strong relationships with 3PD clients, serving as the primary point of contact for their requests. Meet regularly with other members of the team and external parties (EBay, WMP and future marketplaces) Marketing Team/Logistics/Customer service to discuss progress and find new ways to improve New Business operations. Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities, communicate with the sales team regularly, and manage internal approvals. Generating new sales using existing and potential customer networks.
