Certificate III and Diploma Qualified Educators Avondale Early Learning Centre – Cooranbong NSW We are seeking experienced and passionate Early Childhood Educators to join our dedicated team at Avondale Early Learning Centre in Cooranbong NSW. This full‑time role is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of young children and contribute to the growth and development of our "exceeding" rated early learning centre. What you’ll be doing Supporting the implementation of our engaging, age‑appropriate educational programmes that align with the Early Years Learning Framework Fostering a nurturing, safe, and stimulating learning environment that supports the social, emotional, and cognitive development of children Observing and assessing children’s progress, and using this information to tailor your teaching approach Building strong partnerships with parents and families to ensure a collaborative approach to children’s learning and wellbeing Participating in professional development opportunities to continually enhance your teaching practice Adhering to all relevant early childhood education regulations and guidelines What we’re looking for An approved Diploma or Certificate III qualification in Early Education Current First Aid Certificate including CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management training (must be current at time of application) Ability to build relationships with children, families and staff Commitment to ongoing professional development A commitment to our Christian service philosophy We are a child‑safe organisation committed to protecting children’s rights to safety, respect, inclusion and empowerment. All applicants must hold a valid Working With Children Check (WWCC) and be willing to complete mandatory safeguarding training before working with children. What you will need to know National Quality Framework (NQF) National Regulations Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) Child Safe, Child Protection and Mandatory Reporting procedures Workplace Health and Safety issues and practices You will be required to work a range of shifts (up to 8 hrs). Our service is open from 7:30 am – 5:30 pm for 48 weeks of the year, excluding public holidays.
