In the absence of a Senior Technician, responsible for assisting the base supervisor in job allocation where work has not been allocated for the following day. Responsible for assisting all fellow employees in a supportive manner as an integral part of working as a team. Responsible to complete and maintain a daily diary. Responsible to maintain the cleanliness/tidiness in the immediate area of your work, both in the workshop and on site. Responsible to promote and market Furmanite services, products and business solutions. Responsible to comply with the Quality System for the supply of services and products to our clients in accordance with AS/NZS ISO 9001:2000. Responsible to comply with Furmanite company policies and procedures, as varied from time to time. RequirementsWith Fitter & Turner, or Fitter Machinist or other relevant skill Trade certificate is highly preferable Must hold a valid Australian Driver’s License. Must hold a Construction Card Ability to work Onshore, offshore and on remote site. Ability to work shift work Ability to set priorities and work to deadlines. Ability to work with minimal supervision. Good written and verbal communication in the English language Computer literacy an advantage.
