Deliverables Identify and research local venues, promoters, and event organizers that match the artist’s genre and audience. Initiate contact and build relationships with key industry partners to secure performance opportunities. Negotiate and close paid bookings for small clubs, lounges, private events, and music showcases. Develop a tailored event strategy that aligns with the artist’s branding and marketing goals. Maintain ongoing communication with venues and promoters to foster long‑term partnerships. Track and report on booking progress, providing regular updates and recommendations for future opportunities. Explore and assess potential for expansion into other cities and festivals within Spain and Europe as the artist’s career develops. Requirements Demonstrated experience in music booking, artist management, or live event promotion. Strong network of contacts within the local and regional music industry, especially in Spain. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building skills. Deep understanding of afrobeats, hip hop, dancehall, and related music markets. Ability to work independently, set clear targets, and deliver results in a freelance capacity. Commercial acumen and a strategic mindset for developing event and booking strategies. Proficiency in Spanish and English is highly desirable. Availability for ongoing collaboration and potential travel as the role expands.
