Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant – Contract or Permanent (Remote, Australia) We are looking for Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultants to join our team, with multiple open positions available. These roles can be offered on either a contract or permanent basis, depending on your preference. All positions are fully remote within Australia and suited for professionals with strong experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and cross‑cloud integrations. About the Role As a Senior Marketing Cloud Consultant, you will work closely with stakeholders to design, implement, and optimise Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions. You'll leverage your expertise in marketing automation, data segmentation, and customer journey orchestration to deliver impactful outcomes for clients. Collaboration across multiple Salesforce Clouds will be key, ensuring seamless integration and maximising platform capabilities. Key Responsibilities Design and implement Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions tailored to client needs Develop customer journeys, segmentation strategies, and automation workflows Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including Salesforce Developers, Solution Architects, and Business Analysts Provide expert guidance on best practices for Marketing Cloud capabilities, including Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, and Personalisation Lead workshops, training sessions, and provide ongoing support to stakeholders Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce releases, innovations, and ecosystem trends Support integration efforts between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other Salesforce products, such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud Develop and implement Marketing Cloud Personalisation (formerly Interaction Studio) and Intelligence (Datorama) Key Requirements 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant Strong knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud functionalities, including AMPscript, SQL, and REST/SOAP APIsli> Ability to design and implement multi‑channel marketing campaigns across Salesforce platforms Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications are highly regarded Experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP) and Audience Studio is a plus Must have full Australian work rights (citizenship, PR, or valid working visa) Why Join Us?
