A fun and supportive team Annual Appreciation Day Access to our Employee Assistance Program Key Responsibilities Provide HR support across the business and uphold Dovida’s culture and values. Manage the employment lifecycle including onboarding, probation, performance reviews and engagement initiatives. Oversee training and development, ensuring all Caregivers and Key Players meet compliance and skill requirements. Maintain employment documentation and compliance, including records, audits and legislative requirements. Lead WHS, ensuring incidents, safety requirements and reporting are managed effectively. About you People‑focused communicator who is warm, approachable and confident supporting employees at all levels. High‑level administrative and business skills with strong computer literacy. Diploma in HR (or working towards it) is highly desirable. Able to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure. Culture champion who genuinely enjoys building engagement, supporting development and creating a positive employee experience.
