We’re seeking a proactive and detail‑driven People Services Coordinator to support our People & Culture and Business Support Transition (BST) teams during a high‑volume mobilisation period. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering efficient HR administration and onboarding for newly transitioned areas under the Defence contract. About the Role In this fast‑paced environment, you’ll provide critical support across pre‑employment processes, onboarding, and HR administration. You’ll be responsible for ensuring all documentation, checks, and internal workflows are completed accurately and on time. This role requires strong organisational skills, the ability to remain composed under pressure, and a commitment to handling sensitive information with discretion and integrity. Work hours: Monday‑Friday, 9am‑5pm, with flexibility. Office located in Parramatta, with work‑from‑home after training. Required to work over the Christmas period, except public holidays. $35 p/hour, weekly pay. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and book pre‑employment medicals via provider portals Arrange police checks through the approved provider Review medical results and liaise with SHEQ for further assessment where required Update SuccessFactors and internal candidate trackers with progress on pre‑employment checks Draft Letters of Offer and prepare onboarding documentation for Payroll Services Collaborate closely with Payroll, Organisational Management and P&C teams Draft consultation letters as required Provide high‑quality administrative support to the BST operations team Ensure all new starters are fully prepared for mobilisation About You Is proactive, resilient and thrives in a collaborative environment Shows strong initiative and remains calm when urgent tasks arise Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and critical thinking Handles highly confidential information with absolute integrity Qualifications & Experience Required: Degree in HR or related discipline, or equivalent experience Intermediate MS Office skills Experience drafting consultation letters, coordinating onboarding, booking medicals, and supporting operational teams Experience using SAP and SuccessFactors About the Company Join a leading infrastructure services organisation operating across Australia and New Zealand.
