Customer Service Coordinator Location: Tate Parramatta, New South Wales, Australia Salary: A$75,000.00 – A$85,000.00 Purpose The Customer Services Coordinator will provide exceptional customer service support for both the domestic & international sales teams and distribution partners. This includes general sales administrative duties and processing of local and international product orders which includes freight forwarding duties. Key Responsibilities Direct incoming calls and sales enquiries and provide support and advice relating to various Tate products. Qualify leads and distribute them to the broader sales team. Assist local sales team with creation and submission of quotations. Generate sales orders and picking slips. Receive and action purchase orders and quotes from our domestic and international sales teams. Invoicing customers, taking payments & credit release on orders. Generate reports as required. Freight Coordination Issue picking slips to warehouse for the dispatch of goods to clients. Coordinate freight for supply‑only customers and advise customer of ETD. Invoicing customers, taking payments & credit release on orders. Coordinate Letter of Credit/TT documentation for international orders. Required Skills Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer service role, preferably from within the construction industry. Exposure to or experience with international freight forwarding will be favourable but not essential. Prior experience in dealing with Letter of Credit documentation will be highly regarded. High level of written and verbal communication skills. Proven track record supporting partnering with Business functions. Previous experience working effectively across various stakeholders. Demonstrated ability to contribute to the team objectives and corporate goals. Ability to work flexibly, in particular around peak end of month close periods, to ensure deliverables are met. Excellent time management and planning skills.
