About The Role The Customer Service Coordinator is an integral part of our business, working alongside a small team to answer a high volume of client and internal queries. This role offers variety in daily tasks: engaging stakeholders over the phone, administering notes, and scheduling jobs. You support Branch Managers, Team Leader, Clients and Construction Supervisors to ensure trucks arrive on site on time with the right products for installing height safety systems. Key Responsibilities Receive and respond to phone calls and email enquiries from clients. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve concerns or issues. Administer booking entries. Schedule jobs between trucks for various building sites. Liaise closely with Branch Manager and assist with smooth day‑to‑day operations. About You Your ability to build excellent working relationships with clients and Branch Managers is essential, as is your commitment to outstanding customer service. Strong written and verbal communication skills, an administrative foundation, and problem‑solving ability are critical. A background in a contact centre or customer service environment is advantageous. Other Skills Include Strong verbal and written communication with internal and external stakeholders. Foundation in administrative skills. Problem solver who thinks outside the box. Attention to detail, quick learner, able to adapt to changing circumstances. Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, with experience in a fast‑paced environment.
