Deliver excellent customer service and play a key role in crafting memorable experiences for our student residents. Position Summary Location: Western Sydney University Village, Hawkesbury NSW Open to part‑time candidates; weekend availability may be required. Opportunities for career growth and development. WE’RE SEEKING A CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR (CSC) We’re seeking a passionate, customer‑focused professional to join our team on a part‑time basis. This role offers variety, a mix of routine and dynamic tasks, and requires staying active on your feet. THE ROLE We value resilience, hands‑on attitude, and a genuine love of delivering good customer service. A background in reception or hospitality is desirable and provides a strong grounding. Essential skills include: Strong written and verbal communication Good computer skills Organisational skills A “we care” attitude Clients are encouraged to apply even if they do not meet every criterion – we prioritize those eager to learn the UniLodge way. RESPONSIBILITIES Create a friendly environment and deliver a positive resident experience. Assist with a range of enquiries related to student residency, studies, general needs, and overall wellbeing. Monitor and report concerns or issues related to resident safety and wellbeing, escalating as needed. Coordinate and execute administrative duties (including inbound and outbound mail, filing, etc.). MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS Eligibility to work in Australia. National Police Check completed within last 3 months. Working with Children’s Check. Commitment to a minimum of 16 hours per week.
